voice of value
Three talking coins change the life of a kind farmer.
In a world of hard work and fast pace,
Lived a farmer, with a big smile on his face.
He loved to sing, it brightened the place,
Even his grumpy old neighbors would pass by and wave.
One day, he found coins, in a little cloth bag,
They spoke words of wisdom, so the farmer shot back.
Wise coins pleeeeaase tell me the ways,
To multiply you till the end of my days.
The farmer listened from dawn to night,
He ignored his feelings, and all that he liked
But the coins grew silent, sensing his stray,
And in a twist of fate, stole his voice away.
When he woke up, wanting to sing.
No sound would dance, or spread out it's wings.
He noticed the coins, quiet and still,
Losing his head was testing his will.
He then understood, a lesson learned,
The coins were not everything, his big smile returned.
With self-trust and kindness, He learned true value, instead of golden blindness.
